Meridian Logistics is a last mile delivery operator based in Warrington. We run daily parcel rounds across Cheshire and the surrounding area, delivering to homes and businesses six days a week. We are not an agency. Drivers who join Meridian work directly with our own operations team on regular local rounds, in vans we provide, insure and maintain. Most settle onto the same round each week, which is what makes the days shorter and the job easier.

From application to your first round.
Check the current openings. Each one shows the location, the day rate and how many places are available on that route.
Complete the application form. It takes about ten minutes, and you can attach a CV if you have one to hand.
A few questions on your licence, endorsements and right to work, so we only take forward applications that meet our insurer requirements.
Our operations team reviews every application and contacts applicants, usually within a few working days.
Document and licence checks, then onboarding and route training with one of our experienced drivers before your first day running the route on your own.
What the work actually looks like.
A fully insured, high-spec van, fuel covered, and servicing and maintenance taken care of. You bring the licence and turn up.
Full onboarding and route training provided. If you can drive carefully and turn up on time, we can teach you the rest.
Paid weekly, straight into your account, at a day rate agreed before you start rather than worked out afterwards.
Pre-planned routes come through on the delivery app, so there is no route planning on you, and our operations team is reachable all day if a round goes wrong.
Every round starts and finishes at our Warrington base, with free on-site parking. Home each night, and no long distance driving.
Introduce someone who joins us and we pay you £100 once they have completed 10 routes.
